Pat Roden’s musical roots were nurtured in her Murfreesboro Tennessee home.
Her parent’s back porch served as a gathering place where family and friends shared their talent and love of music.
Pat Roden grew up just outside of Nashville in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Through the years she would performed throughout Tennessee and adjoining states
singing Gospel and Country Music in churches, summer camps, and a regular scheduled radio programs.
She later toured across the United States entertaining at various events and singing demo’s and background music in the Nashville studio’s.
Pat’s vocal and entertainment ability kept growing and found out her voice is unique in the country music business.
She appeals to urban, as well as rural audiences.
She has performed or shared the stage with such acts as Bill Monroe, Little Jimmy Dickens, Jean Shepard, Aaron Tippin, T Graham Brown, Justin Tubb, Tommy Overstreet, Tommy Cash, Dianne Sherrill, Linda Davis, David Frizzell, Lulu Roman, Rob Crosby, Lynn Anderson, Alan Jackson, Clinton Gregory, Tracey Lawrence, Michael Peterson, Razzy Bailey, Rascal Flatts, Marty Haggard, and also includes performing as a special guest on the Grand Ole Opry , Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree Texas Troubadour Theater, and the Music City Hayride.
She has been on television shows such as The Ralph Emery show, You Can Be A Star, Star Search, and Nashville’s Be A Star.
Pat advanced her career releasing her first album in Nashville which was on hold at Nashville’s Curb Records.
After a short while, she signed with Eagle Records in Europe. As word spread, D-jays from radio stations in other countries contacted her requesting her new album.
By the time she recorded her second album, her music and vocals gained her recognition as a household name here in the United States and Europe and other countries such as Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, France, Italy, Japan, and even Africa .
Promoters desired after listening to her music, to see a live performance.
This started her overseas touring in the year 2000. She has taken her music through the US, Europe and Scandinavia now for the past 17 years.
After her performance on stage, she mingles with the audience’s and radio personalities making lifelong friends and fans.
She has received such awards as the ICMAG Female Artist Of The Year.
European Female Vocalist Of The Year, VBNQ Radio Female Vocalist Of The Year.
Texas CMA Female Artist Of The Year, The American Western Will Rogers award for Pure Country Female Vocalist Of The Year 2015.
She was also nominated for Country Female Artist Of The Year and Country Female Entertainer Of The Year at the Josie Awards here in Nashville for 2016 and again in 2017.
And when the Josie Award winner was announced, Pat Roden was named Traditional Country Female Artist Of The Year 2017.
Her popular appeal and artistic quality convinces audiences around the world that country music is here to stay and deserves at least equal billing in the merchandising halls of the entertainment industry.
